Karan found a classic Hollywood bungalow with great bones but wanted it to feel more personalized for him. Creating a space for entertaining friends and family was a top priority. We started by creating a lounge that features a dark green velvet sofa and a green accent wall accompanied by vinyl records in current rotation. Final touches included a bar made with dark wood tones adorned with a record player and a custom neon sign quoting his closest friend. As the evening progresses, guests can make their way to a dining room with seating for 6 to enjoy each other’s company. Adjacent to the lounge, a functional office space was curated using soft earth tones and rattan fabrics, providing Karan with an ideal environment for productivity.
