We turned this fixer-upper into the winning design of the competition. The theme centered around “modern cottage” with the primary goal of making it eco-friendly. In order to achieve this, we extensively improved  we altered the windows, refined the functional and structural flow, and transitioned the entire property from gas to electric in effort to improve the carbon foot print. Given the extensive improvement, we’re thrilled to have been #TeamJonathan for the win.
