It was an honor to work directly with Jonathan and Zooey on their new forever home. This 5 bedroom Georgian revival was originally designed in 1938 by renowned architect Gerard Colcord. With the perfect mix of colorful wallpaper, elegant patterns, and luxurious fabrics, we brought new life into this home. Natural light, striking original archways, and impeccable crown molding enchant every room, starting from the moment you step through the front door.

The former patio was renovated into a captivating solarium, featuring a glass ceiling, a fountain, olive trees, and a balcony that connects to each bedroom. The backyard includes an outdoor kitchen covered in impeccable Alesso Deco Marla Matte Porcelain Tile. Remaining true and respectful to the original design, we thoroughly enjoyed crafting a home that resonates with both Jonathan and Zooey's unique personalities.
