The Studio
Established in 2016, we are committed to designing spaces where you can thrive, celebrate, or simply be inspired. We weave together luxurious textures and bold palettes to create designs that are elegant and timeless, transformative and captivating.
Most importantly, we understand that each space has a unique story to tell. Our dedicated team ensures a customized experience tailored to your individual needs. We value collaboration and communication with expert attention to detail from start to finish.
We are a proud woman / POC / AAPI-owned business based in Los Angeles. Our work has been featured and credited on HGTV and HBO Max/Discovery+ television shows from 2020-2022, as well as in esteemed publications such as Architectural Digest, Hunker Home, Domino, Reveal Magazine, and Apartment Therapy.

Lauren Reyes Lim

With over 16 years of experience, Lauren Reyes Lim has cultivated and expanded her portfolio nationwide, which includes homes, boutique retail stores, development properties, and boutique hospitality spaces. Known for her bold color palettes and rich textures, her expertise lies in creating transitional, functional, and timeless spaces. Her work has earned recognition from top-tier publications such as Architectural Digest, Hunker Home, Business of Home, Apartment Therapy, and so forth.
Lauren earned her BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Before establishing LVR Studios in 2016, she honed her skills at prestigious firms including Yabu Pushelberg, Lippincott, and Kelly Wearstler.
In recent years, Lauren showcased her talents as an Art Director and designer for HGTV and The Property Brothers, Forever Home, Brother vs. Brother, and Celebrity IOU. She also served as a Design Producer for HGTV’s First Home Fix.
She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband Edgar, their daughter Emika, and their two dogs, Paco and Paxton.
